KAndySoft offers, if available, items from customer returns. These returns are subject to the following conditions:

• the lamp is as good as new and works flawlessly
• the lamp might have already been connected to a Philips Hue system. We reset the lamps before reselling them, but a reset with a Hue remote may be necessary to successfully integrate the lamp into your Philips Hue system.
• the base may have small scratches or damaged corners that are only visible from close range.
• Refurbished lamps at a reduced price will also be refunded or exchanged by KAndySoft within 4 weeks, if you do not like them, but the return costs of 18,40€ (within Germany) have to be paid by the purchaser.
